Let us introduce ourselves

The original company, Aim Network, Inc., was founded in 1990. For many years, we operated as a Supply company by providing Janitorial and Restaurant products throughout New England. During the mid-1990's, customer requests lead the company to expand and provide Janitorial services. In 2003, Raymond Vitolo gained ownership and changed the name to Aim Cleaning & Maintenance Services, LLC. With over forty years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance field, Ray Vitolo carried a vision. By assembling a Senior Management Team of experienced professionals, this vision was portrayed as the company proudly restored the true meaning of "Customer Service" to the cleaning industry.

Raymond Vitolo

Working part-time for a janitorial company while attending school, Raymond unknowingly began his career in the building maintenance field.

Starting as a member of the strip and wax crew Raymond began to work his way up to crew leader, floor supervisor, night manager, and became the account manager for Triangle Maintenance at Eastern Airlines Terminal, Kennedy Airport, New York.

In 1969 Raymond moved to Mohawk Maintenance, which became ITT Service Industries, Prichard Services, than the Hawley Group, on to ISS, and finally OneSource.

What started out as a part time job, so far has turned into a 47-year career in the building maintenance industry.

In the year 2000 Raymond moved to join the Collins team and reunite with an old respected friend of many years, Joe K. Collins.

As a senior member of the executive group Raymond is heading up the companies expansion program in the New England area.

Sandra Hamilton
Vice President / Customer Service

Sandra's history in the Customer Service field makes her a valuable addition to the team at Aim Cleaning & Maintenance Services, LLC. Sandra is bi-lingual, fluent in the Portuguese language as well as some Spanish, which gives her the unique ability to communicate well not only with management but with on-site personnel as well.

Victor Pimenta
Director of Operations

Victor brings over 34 year's experience in the building services field to the Aim Cleaning & Maintenance Services, LLC team. His beginnings as a maintenance worker has given Victor a solid base in the industry, on, which he has build his considerable knowledge and skills over the years.

Robert Vitolo
Customer Service Manager

Bob Vitolo has spent his entire career in customer service. Whether in the automotive field as a Parts Manager as well as a Service Consultant for company brands such as GM and Chrysler Corporation Dealers. Bob worked for small Janitorial companies and large national companies such as ISS and led a management team for large accounts such as General Dynamics (Electric Boat). Bob proceeded in the Janitorial field as Retail and Mall Manager and his experience history is now with Aim as our Customer Service Manager.
